Aviva Home Insurance Review

Good Points: Inital claims handling seemed efficient until it came to the point of actually paying out the money and then they started to drag their heels. Its 4 months since I made the claim and am no where near getting it resolved
Bad Points: The claims experience has been terrible. Very stressful. No one cares about making sure your house gets sorted out. Takes weeks at a time to get answers.
