Still waiting for pay out 5 months £380 tried to fob me off wanting to pay me less. When I phoned they told me I will just have to wait. Can't change now as dog might develop it again.

terrible compay to deal with, have had every excuse under the sun, have now gone to Insurance Ombudsman and would advise all to do the same, we should all get together and put a case to watchdog, they even tried to take money from my credit card!! until Barclaycard intervened

Terrible company! wish i hadn't taken a policy out with them...made a claim may 08 and am still chasing them monthly and being fobbed off!!!! They put the monthly payments on direct debit up without telling me too....Horrendous, this company should be featured on crimewatch!

Made claim in October 2008 and after number of calls advised that amount has been agreed but now 15/01/09 and no sign of any cheque.I have paid out over £500.

Cheap rates but a shocking service, I have been waiting payment for 6 months now, I have been offered every excuse under the sun why payment has not yet been made. I will be cancelling my 4 direct debit policies and going elsewhere.

Extremely bad company to deal with. Put a claim through in Feb, paid vets bills totalling £380, they have offered me a settlement figure of £120, shocking and still waiting to be paid. Very bad customer service, staff are unprofessional and are very good at fobbing you off. I cancelled my policy. I prefer to pay my fees myself than be conned by E&L. I would URGE anybody wishing to take out pet insurance TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid like the plague. Cancelled policy due to a bank-admitted error when collecting payment, failed to advise of the failure to collect payment, extremely unhelpful when contacted.
Should not be allowed to conduct business in this fashion.
