Extremely bad company to deal with. Put a claim through in Feb, paid vets bills totalling £380, they have offered me a settlement figure of £120, shocking and still waiting to be paid. Very bad customer service, staff are unprofessional and are very good at fobbing you off. I cancelled my policy. I prefer to pay my fees myself than be conned by E&L. I would URGE anybody wishing to take out pet insurance TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid like the plague. Cancelled policy due to a bank-admitted error when collecting payment, failed to advise of the failure to collect payment, extremely unhelpful when contacted. Should not be allowed to conduct business in this fashion.
