Went to claim for something that pet plan had covered in the past and told me on the phone they would continue to cover but the claim was declined 2nd time round. They did agree after getting FOS involved to pay back the last 3 year premiums as mis sold policy, however took FOS and Petplan 8 months to reach this and my rabbit is now over 5 years old and cannot be insured elsewhere so I'm stuffed. I can either continue to insure with them and get nothing for the claim or get 3 years premiums back but then have no insurance!!!!

Paid all premiums and 6 months later came to make a claim for treatment of a terminal heart condition. They won't pay out as vet picked up a mild heart murmer on his first ever check up 6 months ago when they recommended Pet Plan to us and told me this is an existing condition. £1400 bill out of the blue after vet has done 2 months of treatment and they said was covered on insurance.
