Great pet insurance with a customer service that is so helpful and polite. I haven't needed to claim yet but so far I would 100% recommend this company to any couple or individuals that are looking for pet insurance for their new fluffy friend! :)

I have a policy with Animals Friends and they have not put up my premium even though I made a claim. In fact my renewal rate is lower than all the comparisons sites I looked at.

My claim went in after I had a renewal notice, I thought they may review it but so far it has not changed - I will watch and wait for the next renewal but like any pet owner I will always look at the best policy for both my pets and my pocket

You start off with a cheap quote, you have a claim and they pay out promptly no problem. Then wait for your renewal the following year, but if you have had a claim they will double your premium so you can't afford it. Lucky for me my dog does not have a serious problem so I can insure elsewhere.
