I was so disgusted with Bennetts when changing my bike over their incorrect advice and lack of cooperation that I swapped companies even though I have lost at least £200 by doing so. They will only send your cover note second class and will not email to the dealer as most will. Never will I recommend Bennetts!

I got my documentation from Bennetts and to be very honest everything about fees and cancellation charges are on there. After reading all the comments above I checked out the automatic renewal process and sure enough it tells you to ring a number and they will stop the automatic renewal. Read your paperwork and you won't get caught out!

A £30 cancellation fee for a £100 policy that still has 2 & 1/2 months to run. They hide behind the fact that this information is in your information pack. No idea of service, I can only imagine what will happen if you have a claim
