Was with paymentshield for approx 4 years. Had to make a cliam for a leaking shower and ceiling damge cause by the water. Paymentshield did pay up but dragged their heels whenever they could to get the work done. Took approx 6 month before the work was finally completed. Unhelpful staff not to mention a cowboy building company they employed to do the job. Would not recommend this company what so ever.
