Having found the policy on a price comparison site - I took a policy out on-line. Nothing but problems since. I wish I had stayed with my previos company. Virgin are AWFUL. They make everything difficult and the call centre staff are the worst I have ever dealt with. AVOID like the plague!!!

Just been charged £51 to change my address with virgin car insurance after moving house.No policy changes just moved about a mile away.
