Accidental damage to camera lens which was written off.
Took a while to get sorted ( around 2 months in all) but, I have to say I give them full marks for the replacement. The broken lens was no longer available so they replaced it with one which was actually far better at no extra cost...can't complain about that.
The only downside is getting through by telephone - cost about £17.00 in wasted time on phone but the replacement lens more than made up for it! Would I insure with them again? Definitely!

Shocking customer service. Been waiting over 3 weeks for a repair to my Hotpoint washing machine after Engineer has been out twice. I still have a washing machine I cannot use. Not only that but my flooring in my kitchen has been damaged and it looks like the Engineer wiped his oily gloves down my wall which will need to painted.

My zanussi dishwasher has been repaired every six months with same fault - not heating. They want to spend nearly 200 pounds to repair it again. So to repair it has cost in my estimate 1000 pounds. Who got the brains, 350 to replace or another 200 to repair. With a autistic son and young daughter I really cannot do without it for long but it takes about a month to get it sorted each time.

Extended Warranty that is a repair plan. Warranty based on £1800 television but, after their repair agent "repaired" it over six weeks it is now irrepairable and offered a £400 set. Warranty cost based on price of television so as much as the replacement offered. Rude unhelpful staff as well.

Absolutely top notch service. Any problems are taken serious by the hierarchy and are sorted out in a timely manner. Had cause, last year, to complain about their newly appointed cowboy gas boiler engineers who were obviously from another planet!! D&G soon made them accountable. Would definitely recommend for price and service.

Absolutely appauling service - I waited over 37 days for a definite response and replacement TV. Blamed the engineer - they blamed them. Then they wanted me to pay a delivery charge and small print not claer about the access.

Fridge freezer broke down in june, engineers have had 4 attemps to put things right still not working. Waited a week at a time for parts, service in past has been good but going downhill - think before you buy.

Been waiting since 25th March for washing machine to be repaired, customer service very poor. They can offer no alternative or help, definately do not buy from these people.

Had tv tube cover for a £600 tv. Advised no repair available and offered £208 compensation, how can i replace my tv for that? Checked with local repairer and advised repair would cost £390 for new tv tube. Be wary customer service is also appaling,
