Need to change some details on car insurance, have been trying constantly for 2 weeks everyday now to try and get through but still have had no joy, its been a nightmare!

Have you tried geting them on the phone? I have 17 times on 0845 No. costsing me, hanging on for up to 25 minutes at a time still no advisor to speek to, it seems they have enough buissness without mine now they have got my money, from now on I will only use a local agancy where I will be able to speek to some one, get less hassle the extra cost will be worth it.

Terrible trouble getting through on phone, better to pay extra and insure somewhere else, You only live once.
