Comments for AA Car Insurance: Add Your Comment you made a claim no wonder your insurance went up!! Comment by Tara Date: 11/10/2009 Extremely poor customer service. They sent my details to the wrong address (102 instead of 120) - I only found out when I tried to make a claim and they refused to speak to me because I couldn't confirm my correct address!! It took 3 requests for them to correct it. My renewal quote went up significantly for no reason and I had to battle their customer service to get a reasonable quote.
