I disagree. I work there and all repairs/replacements are sent out in the next 1st class mail service, this takes 2 working days to get from the company to the client. Obviously, the client wont get their cell the day after claim as we need proof of purchase from client. Until we get this, the claim cannot go through.

The company is useless. Mobile phone insurance MUST get a working phone to you QUICKLY. this company doesn't - it works SLOOWLY. 1 Total time without phone: 28 working days at a minimum. And all this is only "quick" because I phoned every day! USELESS!
