Comments for eBike Insurance: Add Your Comment no phone number to contact them if you have a problem Comment by Jon Date: 28/4/2009 competitive price but god help you if you need to make a claim. very poor service. They take ages to do everything. There are so so many companies involved in dealing with your claim and they don't talk to each other. They never answer the phone.. you can be on hold for 30-40 minutes. I was supposed to get a courtesy bike whilst mine was off the road but I have been left with no bike for 4 weeks coz they take so long. Comment by taz Date: 12/2/2009
