Comments for Marks and Spencer Pet Insurance: Click Here to Add Your Comment When our dog was run over they claimed the replacement cost was £250 even though the true cost was about £600-£700, and we'd paid originally £500. I had to ask the secretary of the breed's society to confirm this before they would pay up. Also my friend has the insurance cost doubled for his 2 dogs, which is blackmail as it is supposed to be life cover and you will have pre existing conditions excluded if you go elsewhere. Avoid!
