Our policy covers you against the repair or replacement cost of your Mobile Phone if it is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged whilst in your possession or that of your immediate family during the Period of Insurance.
You are also covered for unauthorised calls for up to a period of 24 hours after a valid theft claim to a maximum of £1000.
If you do not have insurance and you have a mobile phone contract and your mobile phone is stolen, you are still bound by the contract and have to keep paying the monthly line rentals or buy a new phone.
When you sign a contract the networks subsidise the cost of the phones which keeps the price down, the networks do not replace the phone for the original price.
