Comments for Admiral Motor Insurance: Add Your Comment Cheap quotes. If you have to claim is a different matter. They do not care, even if you have legal cover. They use a legal firm that will take on claims which are only 100% no fault. Anything else, forget it. Very poor communication, they do not reply to emails, nor letters. If you call their customer services, apart from holding on for ages, (at a cost), they WILL NOT sort out your query if they are in the wrong. You get what you pay for.
