Found this on a comparison website, was cheap so took it out. Paid a deposit (£95), but one week later, once the documents came through, I tried to contact them about something and their service was poor. Told them I wanted to cancel and be refunded. They agreed and said they would refund the money. 3 Weeks later, no money, called them and checked again, still no refund. Filed a complaint but heard nothing. Over a year later, I receive a letter threateninig me, saying I owe them £200!! and that they will take me to court! PATHETIC!!

Shocking customer service - not helpful a very bad customer experience I am glad my policy has expired so know I can change my Insurance policy. I had to make numerous phone calls just to receive my Insurance policy document which the council requires in order for me 2 carry out my job as a taxi driver. I was unable to work for approximately 10 days due to this error from DNA.

Got a quote for £1325.00 for Comp cover, went on cover. When cover note arrived it showed TPO cover. Rang to complain only to have phone put down on me. Eventually got through to a manager who was unhelpful and eventually got a refund.

Excellent quote for taxi insurance however customer service very poor, in addition I was sent a letter from a finance company without being informed with an apr of 37% which I had to cancel. Complaining to this company is pointless as they do not respond. I will be looking elsewhere at my next renewal.

My insurance quote for private hire went from £2000 down to £1070 finally with dna insurance.I took the quote and i am happy with the full cover.
