correct!! - unable to speak to a claims rep even after several calls of long duration - not answering letters - can't find email address - they have also acepted a third party claim without reference or discussion with their client!!

They are the worst company ever. My 30,000 pound vehicle got stolen, they have nearly taken a year and I still dont know if they're gonna pay me - ridiculous. Worst company ever deserve to be closed down.
