Absolutely c*** customer service, would never recommend them again, they may be cheap but its not with it! NEVER AGAIN.
Went into a curb due to the bad weather so needed a tyre changed, called rescuemycar the lady that answered said i would have to pay £60 if i dont have the tools to change it with!! Rather take out another policy with a decent company then pay them more to change a tyre!

£40 excess only applies if you call them out within 1st 72 hours of cover; is stated on policy summary I have.
That's to prevent unfair claims, at cost of majority.

Excellent price for cover comparable to leading brands. I'm happy with service so far, will report back if I need to make a claim!

I am not happy with the way they sell their breakdown cover. I have to pay £15 to cancel and i have to pay £40 for every call out I make. There was no mention of this when i took out the policy. Is it not true that I should have had a 14 day get out clause without paying anything. I am a student and money is tight.
