Dripping water is not an emergancy? And it does sound like wear an tear.

I totally agree with Ray. I made a claim for water dripping through a downstairs window. AA send a contractor,who looked at the window. The following day I had to chase AA for a response, they said the water coming through the window was not covered and put it down to wear and tear. I was advised by the AA to repair the damage myself. Really disappointed with the reply. It completely defied the object of the emergency insurance. I feel the monthly instalments I have made have gone to complete waste. AA will not refund me the money I have paid. Would never reccomend this service to anyone.
