We insured our Labrador x with Petwise two years ago, the cost of insuring her was one of the best around and believe me I'd done some serious shopping around. It has the life cover which a lot do not offer, but most people would not understand the importance of, as we would not have if it had not been for a lovely girl at our vet's.
We have had a few problems with polly and never had a problem with receiving the payment. I would rate their service 100%, it is straight forward and very quick.
Polly had a very bad cruciate injury and Petwise covered the cost of a top specialist, something we would never of been able to afford. Payment was received within 8 days, then 8 weeks later her other knee went and again without hesitation they paid for her operation.
In total it come to nearly £5000, I am now pleased to say polly is doing great with thanks to Petwise.
