I bought the insurance specifically for the theft of a phone and stated that at the outset to T mobile.
When the phone was lost I was told that I was not insured for theft so not covered. I was duped by T mobile into buying a policy that did not cover my needs and when I queried this with fonesafe I was told they were not with T mobile.
T mobile denied that they were linked to fone safe and the letter I received saying I had been refused insurance came on T mobile headed paper!
