Good price and great customer service before you make a claim, but once you have to claim the service becomes rude, drawn out and unprofessional.
I had my car broken in to and it took over two months to have it repaired, had to fight for a courtesy car which never came, so ended up paying for my own hire car. When my car was repaired and I picked it up, the battery was dead because it had been sat in a garage for months and Churchill refused to help to have it replaced, accusing me of having an old and broken car anyway!
