This company is a con. Any damage to the phone HAS to be claimed within 48 hours otherwise your policy is void.

I had damage to my phone which seemed only superficial to begin with and slowly deteriated. I called them up informing them of the damage and they said because the damage had been done two weeks prior they couldn't do anything. What an absolute con. This company is an absolute joke.
