I bought cheap car insurance with Its4me through the internet very easily and they sent me all the information in just a few days.
I had a problem on the motorway last weekend and tried to use the breakdown cover that I purchased with my car insurance but they were useless. I was waiting for 3 hours for recovery, and was finally helped by Motorway assistance. If not, I would still be there.
Finally after being on the phone for several minutes and after giving all my details at least 3 times, Its4me agreed to pay for my breakdown assistance. I rang the following day to confirm my invoice details but they said they had changed their mind. They never answered my questions and kept me on the phone for the whole morning transfering me between several departments.
I wouldn't recommend this car insurance to anybody. Its4me is the worst car insurance I've ever had.
