This company extorts money from customers. After insurance cover lapses they continue to take money and conveniently fail to take any practical steps to advise customers that they are still taking money.
They also fail to represent value for money, if your phone gets damaged, you pay a £25 excess for a new one. If it gets damaged again in the next 6 months you pay £50 excess. In a year you would pay them a cumulative £71.88 monthly fees. For what? A con. Its disgusting they still are able to operate. It would be better to ignore cover, and if the phone got damaged, it would be far cheaper and easier to buy a new one. Avoid at all costs.
