Twice I have made claims to this company and twice they have been refused on some little thing - it does not pay to be honest.
First claim - my daughter was attacked in Edinburgh and her phone was smashed to bits. The claim was turned down because it was not lost, stolen or accidentally damaged!!!!!
Second claim - my daughter lost my phone - because it was she and not I who lost the phone - turned down again.
Therefore - policies cancelled, and campaign to educate the world to Fonesafe's scandalous practices begun in earnest!!!!
