Review of Fonesafe Mobile Phone Handset Insurance

My phone fell out my my bag while in the staffroom at work, and was then promptly stolen by a dishonest co-worker. I phoned "Fonesafe" to make a claim but they said I wasn't covered because the staffroom was an unsecured area. I didn't even know it had fallen out till I got out the of building, by which time I couldn't get back in because it was locked up! On minimum wage and stuck with the contract, this has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for phone insurance to look elsewhere. Unbelievably when I called to cancel my insurance the woman on the phone actually had the cheek try and sell me more!
