I was advised by Tmobile to buy insurance when I bought my contract phone.

I have been paying the insurance for two years now and recently lost my phone. But when I called to claim they said I was not covered as I had been offered an upgrade in the past two years and did not inform them!

So the insurance I have been paying for was actually for nothing! When Tmobile offered me the upgrade they asked "Would you like to continue with your insurance" And I said yes.

Anyway I basically paid insurance for two years for nothing. Really annoyed at Fone Safes attitude.
