What can I say, I got a cheap quote for Swiftcover car insurance but they don't answer the phone.
I have had my money taken and have been e-mailing them for about 4 weeks because I can't print out my policy and they don't send them by post. I have asked them to put my details on the web site so that I can have access to them but they haven't done it. How much longer, I even said I had to tax the car but they are not bothered at all.
