Policy taken out two years ago. Following claim for loss of phone in drain I was informed that the policy was null and void because the phone had been upgraded during the year.
Despite being approached by T-mobile themselves for this upgrade I was not informed this would affect my policy. Also no IMEI number or model of phone were quoted on policy. Therefore Fonesafe have taken payments for the last year without us being covered. They admit that this is a frequent occurrence and that even if someone moves address and does not inform them - this applies. They or T-mobile (same company I believe) are aware but not doing anything to rectify.
Money for old rope that's what I say.
