Equity Red Star may be cheap but when you try and make a claim they are useless. They didnt back me at all and basically called me a liar.
When you do get through to them you get different answers depending on who you speak to. They didnt give me anything like what the car was worth and when they did it took ages to come through.
Wouldnt touch them with a stick, luckily my broker took my case up, this hurried things along. Without them I think I would still be waiting for a settlement.
