Customer Review Comments:

Tried to make a claim after I was burgled. Apparently the handset has to have its SIM in to be a valid claim.

They told me I have to give them my T-Mobile password so that they can phone T-Mobile and check my phone's usage. I said I wouldn't give anyone my T-Mobile password.

I have been paying premiums since 2004. Very annoyed that the service and policy has been a waste of time.
