Don't get involved with this company. They are the most unhelpfull company I have ever delt with. Their customer services are non existant and have more breaks and lunch breaks that I have ever had in a lifetime.
My insurance company (Norwich Union) had allocated Homeserve to carry out some works on my house. The workmanship was so poor that we had to have the work done again. They used a unqualified labourer to practice his carpentry on my home causing hundreds of pounds of damage. After hundreds of phone calls to their Watford branch they managed to get someone qualified to do the job. Unfortunately I have just suffered some more damage and thought that I would give H/S another chance - why did I bother. I can't even get them on the phone.
Steer clear of this company - Norwich Union are now cancelling Homeserve and arranging another building company to do the work.
