Review of Fonesafe Mobile phone insurance

Dont even think about using this company to insure your handset, firstly take all bad reviews extremely seriously because they're very accurate.

This company will take your money and give you NOTHING in return except stress. They accuse you of trying to defraud them with false claims, they make you go through hoops to claim on your insurance and then say NO, and accuse you of not acting in good faith. THEN they send you a letter telling you how great they are and that you should keep your cover with them.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience with an insurance company. What is the point of insuring something and paying out good hard earned money each month just to be told you cant claim and then they expect to say no without giving and explanation.
My nokia N95 handset was accidently damaged, the screen cracked right down the middle. My policy said I'm covered for accidental damage, sitting on your handset and breaking the screen IS accidental damage, yet fonesafe accused me of lying without even seeing the handset themselves!
