I have claimed recently with Tesco Car Insurance and have been lied to, given misinformation, promised call backs and fobbed off with different stories all the time while I was making a claim.

I took out the courtesy car option with my policy which was not for the length of the claim, they only give you this for 14 days. When I complained they told me to read the small print in the terms and conditions. The level of service is shocking
