I am extremely disappointed with the service I am currently receiving.
I lost my phone in the first 6 months and had a replacemnet sent out to me three weeks later and I had to pay £25.00 access, which is fine.
The phone then stops working three weeks later and I send it back for repair. I am now still waiting for my phone which I was told I would recieve back three weeks ago. Its repaired they just have not sent it back to me.
I have had to still pay my contract for a phone I have not had and I have been charged £50.00 to have my phone replaced.
They have not even explained to me what the fault was and considering it was a replacement phone and failed within three weeks, why was i charged for a replacement!!!!
I will be contacting them again for the fith time tomorrow to get my phone and a refund.
