Swiftcover offer a very competitive price, but a terrible service. Service gets even worse if you have an accident, the staff are rude and their policies are out of touch with virtually every other company.
We have referred our claim to the ombudsman and they are amazed at the way we have been treated by Swiftcover, the staff we have spoken to at the ombudsman cannot believe the policy of Swiftcover.
Both myself and my partner went to Swiftcover, we have now both LEFT!! They offer cheap prices but rubbish cover and service - You would be better off with no insurance!
