Review of Yes Car Insurance

Used them as they where the cheapest on compare websites. Tthe problems I have had so far are:

1. charged me £15 to change my address
2. did not tell me payment protection was on my plan
3. was on a monthly premium and was told to ignore the renewal notices and the policy would continue
4. they took a years premium from my bank when it should have been 1 month
5. I claimed money back through bank and it took yes 3 months to sort
6. When they did sort it they apologised and said they would give me a years insurance for the price of 9 and that would be put in writing
7. letter never came and when I called to question they pretty much called me a liar and advised i would have to pay for the full 12
8. said they would speak to supervisor and call me back, that was 3 weeks ago, still waitng
