Absolutely useless in all respects. Took out a policy in November and they managed to issue two policies for the same car and charge me twice. Trying to sort it out has been a nightmare.
They don't answer the phone for ages, pass you round different departments where you have to explain everything from the beginning again, tell you they will call you back and never do, and say they will sort it out and nothing happens. I am still waiting for a refund and about to take them to the small claims court.
