Bought from this new unknown insurer because they were about 40% lower than the best quote that I got from anyone else.

Over the weekend my car was broken into and I had to make the first claim that I have ever made in over 15 years of driving.

The online claim form was very simple to fill in and within an hour a local garage had rung to organise a time to pick up and repair the car and replace the stereo.

I spoke to someone at Swiftcover.com to give them my crime number and they were really helpful and friendly.

So far they have been excellent. Would recommend everyone to use them.

I couldn't agree more - I got my renewal from Direct Line for £401. I've now got cover with Swiftcover for £217. I sense the start of some changes in the industry!

Good quote, lower than Direct Line, and good help team. However, I could not view or print any documents.This problem MAY be due to my having only a DIAL-UP access to the web.
