My cars driveshaft failed 44 days after purchase. Warranty Direct would only pay to have my driveshaft refurbished as a new one was twice the price, unfortunately this meant that my car was off the road for 16 days.
They would only pay £25 pounds per hour labour and not £40 - £ 50 advised on their website. They refused to pay towing charges or car hire and the claims advisor was rude and surly throughout.
There must be better companies out there.
