I have been very dissapointed with the service from E and L since having to make a claim for vets fees.
They have addmitted liability months ago, and I am still waiting for the payment to come through after having to pay my vets £800, back in October 2007. 5 months on, still waiting for payment.
They seem very good at taking your money but not very good at paying you out. You only know how good an insurance company is when you have to make a claim. My advice, read the reviews first. I am looking for a new insurance company.
