Customer Review Comments:

This company took a £50 deposit from me but never issued me with any insurance.
I had to phone dozens of times (over 5 weeks) and complain before they gave me the money back.

I put in 2 official complaints to their customer services and eventually received an email fobbing me off and with no explanation for their appalling behaviour!
