Just cancelled our dog insurance.
Very poor customer service - collected incorrect amount at renewal and it took ages for me to get a refund. Spoke to poorly trained staff and managers - eventually spoke to their "company solicitor" who recognised that I was not going to give in so I received full refund of £160.
Very poor, old fashioned company - stuck in a time warp. We cancelled without making a claim.....can you imagine what that must be like !!!!!!!!!!
