I've been insured with Direct Line for over 10 years, made three no-fault claims and have never had a problem with them. All my claims were dealt with quickly and on each occasion I was able to speak to a member of the claims team in the UK quickly without having to wait on hold for ages.

Quotes from DL have not always been the cheapest but after reading reviews about some other companies it seems you get what you pay for so I am happy to stay with DL as long as they continue the same level of service.
