Review of Fonesafe Mobile Phone Cover

Absolutely awful! Don't buy it it is a waste of money! For three years I have had a phone insured with this company paying 7.99 a month - a total in the region of 287.50.

The first time I tried to make a claim, they told me that they did not have any handset on record for my policy (but they had still being debiting my bank account each month). Subsequently and after complaining profusely on the telephone a handset magically appeared on my account but the IMEI number was different from the one I had. Given that my handset has never been changed it seems a little strange that we went from no handset to the wrong handset in a matter of minutes.

The long and the short of this is that my phone still doesn't work properly, and they won't approve the claim. All they would say throughout the call is that it was my fault for not telling them I had changed my phone - but I haven't changed my phone.
