I have been with Liverpool Victoria car insurance for 5 years now and they have been fabulous through a variety of incidents. When we had an incident which wasn't our fault, the excess was not taken and solicitor got in touch within hours of us reporting the incident because of injuries.
We also had a car written off which was my fault, everything progressed very quickly and effortlessly, courtesy car provided for estimation and hire car delivered day after the car was declared a write off.
Insurance premiums refunded after car was written off. Very reasonable settlement offer also. Always keep us fully informed of progress and use excellent garages. After a recent bad experience elsewhere with a 2nd car we will now be keeping all our insurance plans with LV.
