Avoid this company, they hike up the price after the initial quote but only inform you of the increase after the 14 day cancellation period. And to cancel the policy you have to agree to pay a large cancellation fee. The hike is double, so for saving money you now have a policy double the current market average and are stuck with either the fee or being ripped off.
Customer service is awful, you cant speak to a supervisor or manager and the operators are in south africa and you can't speak to anyone regarding compaints.
