They did not tell me they were unable to come out on the day arranged. When the engineer came out the following day it was plain to see he was not happy in his work.

I needed a toilet syphen replaced. He did this and also the ball valve. It sticks on the overflow pipe and I had a worse flood than before.They had to come out again to finish the job.
