Awfull! My car needed its windscreen checked as I had a small chip. I was put onto their Glass Team - you get put straight through to RAC.
Well its been over a week with NO apointment and NO replaced (RAC Recomended) glass. Each time I call Swift I am told I need to chase RAC . As far as I'm concerned that is passing the buck. RAC are a subcontractor why should I have to chase them.
When I tried to make a complaint to Swift they said " A supervisor wont be able to help you". So I guess it one of those old cliche's ... you sure get what you pay for!
